RACES
As part of KDA Connect, our members have the opportunity to participate in some of the most iconic races around the world, all while running for a cause that matters.
Rim to Rim
Date: October 9 – 13, 2026
Where: Phoenix, AZ
The climbers will cover over 24 miles and more than 10,000 feet of elevation change from the North Rim to the South Rim in a single day.
One Kidney Climb – Kilimanajaro
Date: March 4 – 14, 2026
Where: Mount Kilimanjaro, Tanzania
13 of our 15 climbers reached the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro on March 12th – World Kidney Day! Everyone is in good health and high spirits. Thank you all for your support!

Additional Living Donor Events
These events aren’t hosted by KDA, but are great ways to further your participation in living donation advocacy!
In a 2023 survey, 73% of respondents felt that donating a kidney would negatively affect their health. The Donor Games refutes this widely held misconception by showcasing the impressive health and fitness of kidney and liver donors from around the country.

The Transplant Games have an amazingly rich and memorable 33-year history of bringing together a community of individuals who have been touched by the miracle of donation and transplantation.
